Q4: How do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide. Although we offer free shipping, it is not fast. The usual delivery time is 20-40 days. Delivery times will be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). If you can’t wait to see it, you can choose the expedited shipping option.

Q5: How long does your production time take?
We need 5-7 days for production. And there is a strict quality inspection after the production of the product is completed. So guarantee to send out the pillow with the best quality.
Q6: What is the difference between a 2way and 2way upgrade?
2way is a common fabric used for pillows, smooth and elastic, with a good feeling of touch. The upgraded version is relatively thick, compared to the basic version has a better touch or enhances durability.
Q7: Do I need to pay additional duties?
We do not charge any duty on our products. You need to know the import policy of your country or region in advance.
Q8: How should I clean my dakimakura?
We recommend cleaning your pillowcase by hand washing (neutral detergent). If you don’t want to hand wash, you can also put the pillowcase in a laundry bag and run it through the washing machine. Dry in a cool place after washing and avoid exposure to the sun. Do not use fabric softener. If you want to make the body pillow smell good, you can spray perfume moderately!
