We are committed to producing high-quality products and will conduct a rigorous quality audit before shipping.

However, returns will inevitably occur in merchandise transactions, but due to the unique nature of our products, we accept appropriate returns. To handle returns reasonably, please read the return terms carefully.

Specific return criteria are as follows.

Please double-check your purchase options and shipping address before placing your order, and we do not accept refunds due to buyer’s remorse. (including the purchase of the wrong specification/fabric/undelivered address, etc.).

We will send the product to production upon your request.

A: You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours, and we will provide a full refund. After that, we will submit the product for production.

B: If you cancel your order after 12 hours and before the product is shipped, we will charge a 30% order fee for items that have already started production.

C: We do not accept refund requests for products that have already been shipped.

Refund requests for incorrectly shipped goods must be made within two business days of receipt of the goods and will be reviewed by us within 24 hours.

The purchaser may make a return request within 14 days of receipt of the product. if the product is defective. If the product you purchased arrived after 14 days had passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Buyers will need to send proof of the defective product to [email protected]. Refunds will be issued within one week of receipt (Shipping costs are non-refundable.). You are responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning the item.

Items must be returned in new condition, and you may open them, but do not allow them to become dirty or altered. Your item must be in unused condition.

We can reship returned items, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Items damaged due to shipping issues and circumstances beyond our control will not receive a refund. The shipping company is responsible for shipping negligence, and you may seek compensation from the shipping company.
